Transcript

LIFYORLI is an oral medication that is used with nab-paclitaxel, a chemotherapy, to treat adults with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.

Now that you’ve been prescribed LIFYORLI, let’s go over some important information to help you feel prepared for your treatment journey.

This is your standard LIFYORLI carton.

It contains nine doses of LIFYORLI and space on the back to write your daily treatment reminders as instructed by your care team.

To open your LIFYORLI carton, remove the protective seal on the top.

Inside you’ll find three small cartons, each with a three-dose supply of LIFYORLI.

Remove the protective seal on the top to access the blister card containing all three doses.

Every card comes color-coded with instructions to help you keep track of your doses.

One daily dose of LIFYORLI consists of three soft gel capsules.

Take one 100 milligram and two 25 milligram capsules together.

Check the rows on the card to successfully take your dose on the day before, the day of, and the day after each nab-paclitaxel infusion.

To access your LIFYORLI oral capsules, follow these three steps to open your LIFYORLI blister card the proper way:

Push. Pull. Dispense.

Step 1: Push.

Use your thumb to press the black half-circle labeled PUSH.

Continue pressing until your thumb is fully through the tab.

You should only push the tab for the dose you’re about to take on that day.

Step 2: Pull.

Turn the card over, then firmly grip the tab you just pushed through and pull it off completely to reveal the foil underneath.

Step 3: Dispense.

Turn the card over once more, then gently press the plastic capsule case until the capsule comes out.

Repeat until all three capsules for that day’s dose are dispensed.

This step can be done over a flat surface to make it easier to see all three capsules once they’ve been dispensed.

Take LIFYORLI at home with food on the day before, the day of, and the day after each nab-paclitaxel infusion.

You can use the planner provided in your LIFYORLI Welcome Kit to track your treatment schedule and nab-paclitaxel infusion dates.

If you haven’t received your Welcome Kit yet, ask your care team.

Thank you for watching.
